Go Mobile are currently seeking a highly target driven Telesales & Retail Sales Consultant to join our existing small, dedicated team. This is a full-time position and will see you joining a dynamic, industry-leading mobile phone solutions company.
With over 35 high-street stores, we stock the latest mobile handsets and devices, and offer a wide range of diverse and competitive talk plans along with home and broadband deals. We’re partnered with some of the biggest brands in the mobile phone industry, such as O2, EE, Three and Vodafone. We’re able to offer our customers – business or consumer – a wide range of products and services at fantastic prices. Salary / Benefits / Hours
Basic Salary of £18,150 per annum with a realistic OTE of £26,000+ (uncapped commission)

Working Hours: 8:45am – 17:45pm, 5 days per week between Monday-Saturday (No Sundays!)
This is a unique hybrid opportunity, best suited to a passionate and driven sales professional. Daily you will be proactively seeking opportunities to build the Go Mobile brand locally, by delivering multiple sales activities including reaching out to previous and existing customers by phone, whilst identifying other passive means to attract new customers locally. You will combine your existing telesales experience with some face to face selling activity to maximise sales opportunities for the store.
Generate gross profit for the store through multi-channel proactive sales activity, including making a volume of outbound calls to existing customers due for upgrade - Converting contact to a sale!
Contribute to your store’s success by bringing to life our ethos of sales and customer advice, providing first-class service
Ensuring compliance standards are met at all times
Participate in training and keep up to date with all products, services and promotions
Engage with customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Take pride in the appearance of the store, and ensure existing and prospective customers feel welcome
We’re looking for driven individuals who have experience of working within a fast-paced proactive sales environment, ideally within an outbound call centre environment or similar. You will be an excellent objection handler with the ability to understand customer needs, demonstrate great product knowledge and effectively build rapport are key.
Prior experience within a targeted sales role is essential
Previous proactive sales experience in an outbound call centre environment or similar within telesales / telemarketing
Working knowledge of how to achieve sales targets, KPIs
Industry experience desirable but not essential - In-house training will be provided
Strong customer service skills and a passion for technology
Flexible and positive attitude
