Whatever the customer’s need, our Customer Services team are responsible for seeing a sale through from beginning to end – understanding customer requirements, building relationships, advising on our products and completing the sale, while all the time providing a fantastic customer experience.
What to expect in the role:
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to secure repeat and new business
Maximise service and sales profitability by upselling and cross selling other products and services
Carry out ‘regulated activity’ as required by the business
Achieve targets set out by your line manager
Ensure all procedures, rules and regulatory compliance standards are consistently achieved
Follow agreed sales processes, call structures and scripts
