Whatever the customer’s need, our Customer Services team are responsible for seeing a sale through from beginning to end – understanding customer requirements, building relationships, advising on our products and completing the sale, while all the time providing a fantastic customer experience.

What to expect in the role:

  • Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to secure repeat and new business
  • Maximise service and sales profitability by upselling and cross selling other products and services
  • Carry out ‘regulated activity’ as required by the business
  • Achieve targets set out by your line manager
  • Ensure all procedures, rules and regulatory compliance standards are consistently achieved
  • Follow agreed sales processes, call structures and scripts
